A room with a charming surprise
The spacious room was a delightful retreat, adorned with modern decor and a stunning pool view. The staff always greeted us with warm smiles, making our stay unforgettable.
However, we did face some inconveniences with the hot water. at times, the shower felt lukewarm. This could be an issue for those looking for a quick morning refresh.

great location but breakfast could improve
The ambiance was stunning with bright colors and artistic decor throughout the hotel. The wonderful pool area provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Our Deluxe Double Room was beautifully designed with a traditional vibe and a lovely marble bathroom that added elegance. I particularly enjoyed the garden view. it's a refreshing escape from the bustling surroundings.
The breakfast selection did not quite meet my expectations.

Great stay in a perfect spot!
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The location's on point, just a quick walk to awesome restaurants and attractions. The pool area was super chill. Staff was super friendly, especially when we wanted packed lunches for an early flight. The breakfast was a bit iffy, though. Not a huge deal since there were great places nearby. Overall, fantastic experience!

Absolutely loved the spacious room and the incredibly comfy bed. The air conditioning was a dream, and the lobby smelled divine! Plus, the lovely pool area was perfect for unwinding after running around all day.
Now, if only the poolside service could have kept up with my thirst! I might have aged waiting for a drink!

A bit more hot water would be nice.

Had an amazing time with my friends! Just a block away from the Peón Contreras Theater and three blocks from the Cathedral, we loved exploring the area. The pool was a lovely spot to chill after sightseeing. A few of us even took golf lessons nearby—definitely check it out!
The breakfast we had was below expectations. We chose to eat out instead since there were so many cool places around. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning.
